Basic Requirements
Following are the requirements for obtaining a M.B.A./B.B.A./M.Com./B.Com./M.I.T./B.Sc.(Computer Science) & L.L.B. Degree.
Attendance

A student must attend at least 80% of his/her leactures, seminal sessions, meetings, etc. to become eligible for appearing in the final examination of the semester.

Course Workload

A student will normally be required to take the prescribed courses offered by the department in each semester. However, in special circumstances, he/she can add/drop the course(s) with prior approval of the chairman. The permission must be obtain within seven days from the commencement of the semester. A student who fails to pass a course will be awarded a grade "F" (Fail). Drop/Fail/Withdrawl of course(s) may be enrolled in the following semester by paying the prescribed fee per course. The permission must be obtained within seven days from the commencements of the semester.

Semester Freeze

On genuine grounds, determined by the chairman, a student can freeze a semester only once in the degree program. Permission to freeze the semester must be obtained by the Director General before the commencement of the semester. In such case(s) the semester fee, if deposited, will be transfered to the next semester. A student who has frozen his/her semester must get approval from the Director General to rejoin the program before the commencement of the semester to be rejoined.

Courses And CGPA

A student must successfully complete required courses individually. Each course carries three credit hours. A student must also obtain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.30 out of maximum of 4.00 and must also pass at least 50% of the courses offered in the semester.

Internship

Student should complete internship (Business Attachment) program in a trading concern, consultancy firm, industry or institution approved by the department for a period of eight weeks. This work carries a weight-age of six/three credit hours for determining the CGPA.

Passing Course

In order to qualify the examination a subject, a student must obtain grade "D" (50% Marks) with at least 20% marks separately in
